Description
2K high-solids acrylic filler primer.
- Pot life at 20 °C: 2–3 hours
- Spray viscosity at 20 °C: 25–26 sec DIN 4 (filler)
- Nozzle diameter: conventional spray gun 1.4–1.8 mm; HVLP 1.5–1.7 mm
- For spraying diluted product, a smaller nozzle size is preferable.
- Pressure: conventional gun 4 bar; HVLP 2 bar
- Number of coats: 2–3
- Recommended film thickness: 80 µm as isolator; 180 µm as filler.
