Two-component matt industrial polyurethane enamel. For matt solid-colour topcoats in general industrial applications. All colours, at a dry film thickness of 50–60 microns, produce a finish of 25 ± 5 gloss units. For a glossier surface, increase the amount of binder 29145 at the expense of matt binder 29141. Increasing the amount of 29145 by 10% at the expense of 29141 matt binder increases gloss by 20 ± 5 units. Please note: a) A greater film thickness than specified produces a glossier coating, while a thinner film than specified produces a more matt coating. b) If drying time is accelerated by oven drying (at the specified film thickness), the surface will be 15 ± 5 gloss units higher. c) Colour variations obtained by converting the same formula from gloss to matt remain within the tolerance of the relevant topcoat in every case.
