ACRYL 2K Matt 7°GLOSS

Two-component, strong-matt-effect acrylic enamel with very good direct adhesion. For general painting applications in the metal and plastics industries. All colours, at a dry film thickness of 25–30 µ (approximately 2 coats), produce a matt finish of 7 + 2 gloss units. For a glossier topcoat, use more product 29143 and less 29153. Note that increasing the amount of 29143 by 10% relative to 29153 increases gloss by 20 + 5 units. Therefore, please note the following: thicker coating layers produce a glossier finish; conversely, thinner coatings produce a more matt effect. If drying time is accelerated by oven drying (at the same coating thickness), the finish will be 15 + 5 gloss units higher. Colour variations obtained by changing the same formula from gloss to matt remain within the tolerance limits of any topcoat applied. In cold weather, add 09167 SPEED-O-DRY (max. 5%) to accelerate air drying.
